Upon checking in, the front desk reluctantly gave a late checkout of 2pm; however upon returning to our room the following day we were locked out of our rooms and told our luggage was not there. The front desk also did not provide water until asked.... All in it was an unpleasant check-in experience

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, the room was ok. The AC was broken during our stay, but they did give us a portable fan to help. It is RIGHT next to the Mercedes musuem and the stadium, so if that's why your going - it's just a short walk!.
