The hotel is small and botique, very nice. Good Kowloon location. Clean and modern
The AC system was not working correctly; it would stay on cooling and not turn off automatically. The technicians were unable to repair and didn't want to change room so we turned the system off when it got too cool.

The hotel itself is very well located, walking distance from big malls, nice places to eat, and has services for the big canton fair which is why we chose it. however, it is an older hotel and you can tell from some of the wood finishings starting to visibly decay. my biggest hang up was they said they provided a transfer service for the train station and while they helped me schedule it, it was not paid for and it was more expensive than if I had just called a taxi myself.

This is an unusual boutique hotel. You enter between two bars on a really shady alley, and check in on the 5th floor. The rooms are nice, clean, and the staff in the small lobby are very helpful. The free fresh-ground coffee machine and purified water dispenser are a nice touch. Don’t expect breakfast at the hotel or anywhere nearby. The best, safest option is the Starbucks in the mall next door; but it doesn’t open until 7:30. I would not bring children to this hotel under any circumstances; the bars downstairs are just too shady. It wasn’t bad for the price, but if I go back to HK, I’ll stay somewhere else.

Overall was nice. Room was nice and clean, although some wallpaper seemed to be coming off in mine. The complimentary drinks and coffee and water machine in the lobby were much appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a little difficult to get to when you have large luggages due to its location. But otherwise, in a good area and close to many things.

Fantastinen Staff were so accommodating, all day coffee and snacks, room was amazing… everything from the plush towels, excellent bath amenities and huge bed

The location of this hotel was fabulous! We could walk to a lot of things we wanted to see and experience! There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very good at this hotel – friendly and very accommodating!!
The TV was useless to us – no English, no news!

Some may find it convenient minutes from a lot of tourist restaurants and shopping area, but it’s tucked away behind a bunch of bars. It was difficult to find hauling luggages up on a slope pave road or taking the stairs. Every time I walk by I feel harassed by bar staff as a female…it gets nosy at night, it’s not the best location in my opinion I’d stay else where.
