Do not go near this hotel. They are quick to take your money....then when you try to amend booking, they do not budge and refuse to assist. I tried amending my booking 5 months prior to travelling. They were not willing to accomodate my request and firmly told me that it was too bad. Terrible experience.

My stay at Oak hotel was pleasant. They have helpful and warm staff. Cleaniness was their hall mark. They have a great kitchen and comfortable rooms. I wasnt very pleased about their cancelation policy that forced me to take a room for two when I only needed one through no fault of mine. At least for customer friendliness some days could have been given on discount. I must say I was so disappointed with that especially looking at the money that I had to pay for just a 6days stay. I wouldnt pay that for a five star hotel for such short stay.

Fantastinen I was very happy with the value of this hotel! Rooms were quite small as well as the bathroom and the bed was standard, however, the rooms and overall facilities were very clean and the staff spoke English. The hotel was right next to a good metro station which made getting around not too difficult.

The rooms are small but this is Japan so it's not a complaint here. The hotel soap and shampoo are good quality and won't leave your hair and body feeling dry. Every day you get a fresh robe, towel, brush with tootpaste. Depending on what floor you stay the view is great. If you want a great view try to stay on the 10th floor. Everything is nice and clean. If you smoke you have designated spots and you won't disturb anyone as well but you cannot smoke in your room!!.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Whilst not being in the middle of the city, there were plenty of transport options as the subway was nearby. The staff were lovely and provided us with good advice for restaurants within walking distance, (if you plan on going, make sure to go to the ramen restaurant on the same road!). One of our favourite things about the Oak Hotel was that hotel guests have access to the balcony on the top floor which allowed for amazing views of the city and tokyo skytree, which was a great photo opportunity.

Hyvä Found there to be a lack of room for luggage in the room. Also most hostels I am stayed in at this price point have a shelf or some room for things in your bed. This one wasn't as nice. Especially being on the top bunk it was annoying to not have room for things. However, things were in good shape and clean.
