APA Hotel Nagoya Sakae Ekimae EXCELLENT

Location is perfect and the option to use the gym for a reduced fee was amazing. Loved our stay for 4 nights. Parking is pot luck but everything else was fantastic.

Overall is pretty good. Breakfast staff no English. Could not communicate. No micro-wave oven in BK desk. Could not heat up milk.

The proximity between the hotel and major subway lines was an added benefit for those with luggage arriving via connections to and from downtown Nagoya via the JR Lines - and Shinkansen Railway Station departure/arrival gates. The rooms are very ample for one person, with enough space for luggage, a built in desk with a chair and mini-fridge. The standard bathroom complete with modernized toilet features and free toiletries. There is no on-site hotel Onsen but an elevator connects to Gold’s Gym (2F-to 3F) to workout daily for all hotel guests. The lobby and reception desks are all located on the 2F. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, with some English speakers for assistance with our hotel needs and issues. Highly recommended since its central location is within proximity of local city center grocery stores, restaurants, and several 24/7 convenience stures like Lawson, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart. Very high pedestrian density areas popular with tourists and visitors alike. There are restaurants available for dining which may be included in the pricing of the room reserved, however there are many off-site locations for dining options available nearby. Highly recommended for short stay visits, though the standard rooms are designed primarily for one-to two occupants at most. There are larger rooms for families available also. Would definitely return for another visit when here in Nagoya.

We had to leave early due to u expected circumstances and the staff was very accommodating about it. They refunded the rest of our stay and we were only responsible for 1 night. It close to shopping, restaurants and train stations,,,, a lot going in this area!!!!!

The exhaust vents in the smoking rooms need improvement. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Great stay

I didn’t liked the breakfast and also there were no any good windows even for a good sun light and plus the time between their check in was at 10 and its so soon and while their room facilities was good and clean.

Staff Gym

They earn the Excellent in their name. There is plenty to do just on the property in terms of activities and shops. The rooms are also one of the largest sized ones I could find here in Nagoya.
