Nice stay, the hotel is a bit old and perhaps need some renovation in the future, location is good very close to good restaurants and shops. The best thing I can recommend this hotel is their happy hour free drinks and snacks :)

The room is ok, just very dark and gloomy but clean. The hotel is very convenient to a long mall with lots of shops and restaurants. What we didn’t like is the lounge area where you are only allowed to stay for 30 minutes each day which is ridiculous. It is stocked with free drinks etc but I’d rather they allowed us to stay as long as we liked instead.

The rooms were spacious and clean. However, it's a bit unfortunate that the bathroom ventilator doesn't work in all rooms.There were many amenities and a free lounge bar was available in the lobby. The best part was that all the staff were very friendly. The location was great for a trip to Sapporo.

clean spacious room. nice breakfast. convenient bus connection to ski areas. helpful front desk - e.g., arranging a taxi to train station big enough to accommodate large ski bags. also helpful in recommending good places to eat.
