The lobby and reception area is an absolute disgrace. Filthy carpets and feels like a homeless shelter. Rooms turned out to be ok but the lobby and the rubbish tip out in the carpark let this place down dreadfully!!

Great location and very nice room which was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was very slow however and the smells from the kitchen as you arrived were not that attractive. There was also rubbish outside the kitchen door which was adjacent to the check-in area did not give a professional appearance on arrival

Quick check in. Good staff. Comfortable bed ( a winner). Quiet. All in all very good. Parking was good but could be tight on a busy night.
