Staff was very nice to upgrade room to suite which was a very beautiful room. The hotel was spacious and my room had a huge comfortable king size bed.

This hotel is actually only a few dozen rooms in a residential building. While the building itself is quite large, the hotel is not, and as such be prepared for very little in the way of amenities. There is an extremely small restaurant for breakfast and room service but very limited menu. Because it’s in a residential neighbourhood, nothing of interest is in walking distance. Staff was hit and miss with only 1 front desk person running the hotel. One spoke next to no English so wasn’t of great help and gave us incorrect info. The rooms themselves are very spacious and beautifully maintained. Linens were very comfortable, while the couch in the room wasn’t soft enough to sit on comfortably. Overall, if you don’t care about being downtown or having amenities, it was a good price for the size of room. Just be aware of what you need from your hotel property

Room is big but it has a sticky floor, when I walk with the slippers, there is very loud sticking sound. Hotel staff service is very bad, especially front desk (check in and out), long waiting time, did not allow me to check in, had to sit aside for a long time before they let me check in. Check out process is extremely long as well, very bad experience there

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room, luxury amenities. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice selection away from the busy Tsim Sha Tsui area, where we used to stay in the previous trips. Location is very convenient 15 minutes walk to the nearby metro station, shopping and choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
