Good hotel, great to have air conditioning and a kitchenette. Also appreciated the water station to refill bottles. Comfortable bed.

We were told by the employee at the checking desk to wait until the other worker was done with her lunch break to check us in. The AC in the room didn’t work and Paris is really hot in July. The night employee didn’t really care either. The rooms in the hotel itself are great but the staff is NOT. Such a shame because it’s a really nice place.

Location is excellent. Staff very friendly and polite. Issues were that the corridor lights didn't turn on at night, as they were on an auto switch on as one walks through, so had to use mobile phone flash light for guidance in walking as too dark at night in the corridors, air conditioning was moderate, as when we visited it was the heat wave and with Air conditioning on, still felt quite hit in the room as controls were restricted. I also had issues with wash up soap and bath soap not available and had to wait for it to be fixed until the following day, as Housekeeping staff not available 24/7. But all in all well satisfied

Check-in was awkward - we were given a room initially that was still occupied, which caused concerns for our own security. The staff fixed it quickly but did not seem remorseful or concerned. Our showerhead was broken, as well. Bed was clean enough, AC did not work great but it was better than nothing. Outlets were only on one side of the bed which was unfortunate

Hyvä Overall this property was clean service w was nice bed was comfortable. Hotel is old and in a real poor area . However it’s min away from the metro so that’s a plus if you want to get to the city central in about 25 min. No traffic it’s about 20 min from the airport . When traffic is bad can take over 1 hr.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I ever visited. The bathroom is moldy and smelly, the bed is broken, the staff is not professional at all, I feel like they hired from KFC in US. The shower head is broken, They don’t even change the tower and told us they only chsnge it every 5 days if we stay there. Not recommended.

The room is good and the bed is comfortable. We had enough towels for a 2-day stay. Breakfast is good. So convenient the water dispenser.
I had a bad service from the clerk. I ask to get a sink drain strainer. The guy said that he would come back to me later. I never got it. The next day, I went back to ask the same to the next clerk. The request hadn’t been passed on.
My room was by the train track. But it wasn’t too noisy at night with earbuds.

We had a family trip, 4 people sofa bed it's old not comfortable making a lot noise. Location its good 100 m to train Rosa Parcs station, there is a bakery and convenience stores around.
