We stayed for one night as a vacation splurge and were greeted warmly by Jessica who met all our needs. We stayed at a Premier View room with a view of Tower Bridge from our bathroom on southern Londob thanks to it being a corner room. Our Expedia Gold gave us either a complimentary breakfast at Ting or room service. We chose the latter and had excellent service to our room. The sauna and pool need to be reserved and are definitely worth it. We made memories for a lifetime and will never forget this experience.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are beautiful and spacious, views of the Thames were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice and staff were all friendly.
