Unfortunately, the hotel cancelled our week long reservation since we were marked as “no shows” bc we checked in a day later (for some odd reason, our room showed as not ready yet when we tried to check in at 11 am so we left our bags and went about our day only to find out we didn’t have somewhere to sleep later that day). The reservation staff (other than actual reception team) was not helpful and basically said “so sorry, we can’t help you”. No offer to refund us or put somewhere else. They didn’t even offer one free night stay, we had to pay that out of pocket while we figured out what to do. Needless to say, it was a really disappointed way to start our honeymoon! The hotel itself is fine although you have no privacy or reliable wifi if you’re staying on the ground floor. Other than that, the room themselves were fine! Definitely wouldn’t pay more than $250 CAD / night as you could probably find better hotels elsewhere in the city.

Breakfast was included and excellent, great location and staff were helpful. The only downside was house keeping, on the first day our room was cleaned but towels were left on floor and nothing was refreshed e.g tea and coffee but on second day room wasn’t cleaned at all. Friends Leo stayed and had a similar experience. I would go back but it was let down by housekeeping

Air conditioning doesn't work. Despite multiple complaints nothing was done about it. Incredible stuffy rooms with no circulation. Unfortunate as the rooms were lovely just unable to get a good night's sleep as uncomfortably hot

Hotel was in good location. Breakfast limited but perfectly good. Hotel itself is in a old industrial shed and is quite basic but the rooms were fine. Room cleaning was intermittent.

Clean room with everything functional. Helpful staff and a good breakfast. Really easy to get to on public transport with a 5 min walk.great food options close by - would reccommend

Breakfast is fresh and tastes good! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy, is only my shower water becomes a bit hot occasionally, so rather than that I am very happy with my stay! The area is nice and quiet, the food hall next door is a gem! even walking distance to the 9th street!

The hotel was in a neighborhood but very close to walk to food. The food hall, a block away, was 10x better than the usual US food courts. We enjoyed the friendly staff. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and came back at the end.

Very good hotel, room, location and breakfast

The staff was especially helpful to fix our TV. It was a comfortable room and such a good location.
