This is the absolute perfect hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with such kindness and consideration. To our surprise we were upgraded to their apartment section of their hotel. They set up my son’s bed with a rail, which I truly appreciated considering he still moves around in his sleep. The entire room was comfortable and clean. You even have the option of selecting a pillow of your choice! The location is perfect with everything within walking distance, but still having the luxury of being away from the chaos. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Munich!

The rooms are kind of small. No electric kettles or iron. No place to keep the luggage. But the location of the property is really good. Walking distance from Marienplantz. Very friendly staff. Loved my stay with my family. They gave us two rooms next to each other for our family of 4 with teens.

Clean room but our room smelled of cigarette smoke on return to room second night. Poorly designed shower. We were placed in sister residence two buildings down from main hotel. Room was very quiet faced away from the road buffet was excellent. Good location downtown walkable to most everything.

We loved our stay at Cortiina. You never know for sure when booking online, and this hotel ended up being perfect! The room was large and comfortable, with lots of windows that opened onto the street below (but when closed they were amazing sound proof). The bathroom was spacious and modern. From the hotel we walked everywhere in old town Munich. Most major sites and fantastic shopping were within 10 minutes or less. The staff was kind and helpful. Anyone reading this review and wondering if it’s the right pick, we say 100% yes.

The staff was excellent during a three night stay. We had more questions and needs than a normal trip and the staff was always there to help us out. They provided extras when needed (converters, waters, towels, conditioner). They always were very happy to help out. Also, the location of the property was excellent — just a block away from Marienplatz. I would highly recommend it
