Pleasant stay, not enough towels for 2 Bed Twin and unable to stream sport in the Bar TV. Good breakfast, super location and happy staff.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, spotlessly clean bathroom and a really good shower. Nice toileteries. Breakfast had plenty of choice ( apart from no fried eggs !) and was all cooked well and nicely presented.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
Will cerainly stay again next time we go to York.

The room was comfortable and natural bathing products shower gel etc was provided in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

The ground floor reception area is poorly designed and unwelcoming. Staff would not show the World cup despite the hotel being full of parents on University Open days and not rowdy stag do's!
Only saving grace was the waffle maker.
Also local parking is very expensive and not mentioned when booking

Had an excellent stay at the hotel, our room had been recently refurbished and was spotlessly clean. Very smart bathroom, plenty of sockets and a lovely shower! The staff from start to finish were friendly, welcoming and helpful, definitely would recommend and will be staying here in future - thank you!

Great reception staff. Breakfast was really good and the staff were lovely. Very handy for the station and not far to city centre. Will be staying again
