Hotel amenities are old. Floors are sticky. Bed linen smells. Lots of stains in the bathtub.

Would be great if the luggage service can be assisted till parking lot. The trolley stuck after the parking entrance due to low ceiling.

Our one-night stay was acceptable. The room needs a complete refresh - looking a bit tired. The fridge didn't work (but was quickly replaced), and the wifi wouldn't initially connect (but got sorted after a call for service and 20 mins layer with a router reset). The bathroom counter had a large crack, and the carpet was dated and worn. The big plus was the East Coast Mall directly opposite the hotel, and access to the City Mall on the other side. So, it suited this part of our stay and we needed to do some shopping and get supplies for our next hotel. The breakfast was extensive and had a large variety of options to suit many different tastes. Overall, an acceptable stay.

Overall is great except some rooms when checkin around 9pm room housekeeping not done. Next day some rooms bin not empty.

Overall the room was very clean (but not spotless 😊). Shower: water pressure & temperature was good & consistent. Good breakfast buffet spread, wide variety.
