So from the Moment we arrived from the greeting at the door to reception everyone was so professional and kind . Honestly the best 5 star hotel I have stayed in. So relaxed but still 5 star without the stuffiness just made you feel so relaxed. Thank you

We enjoyed the Montcalm. The facilities were wonderful, rooftop restaurants and bar, indoor pool and spa and cost of room from Thursday to Sunday nights. We did have to move rooms due to TV issues but staff were very good in arranging this and to a bigger room but unfortunately on 2nd floor which we were on the 8th and prefer to be higher than lower floor. And finally the staff were very professional and helpful.

The only reason we have put terrible was because there were building works going on at the entrance to the hotel / bar area. Hotels.com did not inform us of this - we definitely would not have booked if we had been aware of this prior to our arrival.

Very friendly and helpful when checking in early. The two concierge guys were fantastic. Pool was clean and water warmer than some. Quiet area even though construction going on nearby. Plenty of sights, shopping,restaurants and pubs just a walk away
