Staff smoking in the foyer Toilet seat hanging off Need to squeeze behind the sink to get to the toilet Shower so small you couldn't bend over Towels were hard and thin Booked for 3 nights, we left after 1 night This should be title as a student hostel

Loved the 2 day stay here! Roomed with my mother and sister and felt very safe as ladies traveling alone. Staff was so sweet and helpful! Would 10/10 return and stay here if in Florence again - thank you for a great stay!

This hotel was perfect. Super clean, large bathroom, very comfortable bed, close to all the sightseeing and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

The check-in and staff were great. The room had a refrigerator that didn’t work and the heating/cooling system didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was very good. Strangely, they gave us a spoon and a knife but never a fork. The check-out was easy and they called us a cab right away. Bus C1 takes you right downtown to all the sights!
