The rooms do not have AC or any fans. We visited the hotel during summer, and the rooms were hot (80F+ during the day). There is absolutely no ventilation. The rooms are tiny, and the Wi-Fi is pretty much nonexistent. For the price, there are better properties available. Stay away from this hotel during the summer.

Great location and was fine as a room to sleep in, while exploring all that munich has to offer. No frills or anything extra, just a place to get some sleep.

The hotel was close to Octoberfest and public transportation (solo traveler, on foot). Good restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner was just a block away.

The staff was very approachable, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel was very close to U-Bahn and in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The room itself was fine with a big comfortable bed and a good shower. Location was excellent for Springfest/Octoberfest as it was only 15 minutes walk. It was less than 5 minutes to a U-bahn station which was great.
The staffing at the hotel was frustrating as the reception hours were limited and there sometimes wasn't someone there even during the open hours. The staff member we did encounter was helpful and friendly.
The toilet roll was not replaced in our bathroom by housekeeping which was frustrating.
The hotel says no late check in which was stressful when we realised that we were running late. No one answered my phone calls or email. We did manage to check in as there is a lock box and this was actually very easy, but would have been good to know in advance.
