Very convenient for when flying out of Narita airport ! There is a hotel bus for transportation to the airport! Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

Everything was great, including the free breakfast and airport shuttle. Amenities were good as well. My only discomfort was the moldy odor from the robes - they were folded in the lobby, I ended up taking it off. But overall, a great place to stay for a short trip.

A good place to land after a long plane trip, spacious, clean and pleasant with excellent breakfast. Good access to airport with shuttle every 15 minutes. One staff member extremely helpful.

Hotel was amazing! Although we had some problems with the shower, pretty confusing for me and my family. We figured it out using a YouTube video. Other than that everything was super nice and convenient.
