There is no lift, so be prepared. Also be prepared for random sheep wandering around 🐑🐑 The breakfast was delicious. Seamus' bar was wondi. Great live music.

Location is beautiful and scenic, with a delicious restaurant right next door. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The advertised soaker tub was broken, but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The area around the hotel is gorgeous! You are away from crowds and can truly enjoy the beauty of Scotland.

Location is amazing. Pinnacle suite was nice with plenty of room for two adults and two kids.

There is no doubt that staff at the hotel are excellent and super helpful. From checking to breakfast, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed in room 16 and unfortunately the corridor there smelt of damp as the bathroom. We left the windows open while we went out during the day to explore. Other than that, the decor in our room was beautiful and I would recommend stay at the hotel, and do check out the lovely roaring fire in the Bar area

The fist look may be disappointing, but once you realize this is a 19th century building you'll be amazed how well it looks inside. While we were there they were working on refreshing the exterior. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast not included, but since you're in the middle of now, it's a good idea to buy it. They have a continental buffet plus cooked options on demand. The location is beautiful, quiet, and at the crossroads of many hiking trails. There is a well stocked whiskey bar next sooe where you can also have lunch/dinner. If you need a taxi so you don't drive to a distillery tour, the staff can help you. Be aware though that taxis have to come from Portree, so you have to pay for their whole trip.

This was an expensive stay. We paid £415 for 3 of us staying in 1 room. The third person was in a sofa bed and didn’t get a great sleep. The mattress on the sofa bed was really thin and hard. You don’t expect this for a £415 cost. Breakfast was ok not brilliant. Won’t be returning

Loved the room for a family of 4. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the updated bathroom with a tub was a huge plus. The surrounding hiking areas were amazing and easily navigated. Did not care for the breakfast/restaurant but that’s easily overlooked.
