Great stay. Central location and ideal if catching the train from Oxford road so no parking needed for trip. Breakfast was excellent as included and a nice bonus. More people working breakfast would help the experience. Highly recommended and great value and location for the theatre. Thanks

Coffee machine very poor during breakfast service (not working) and hash brown delivery didn't arrive making the limited cooked options even less. Had trouble linking two separate bookings as extended out stay but staff worked hard to sort but waited a while for access to our already occupied room awaiting a new key. Staff and location a definite positive would definitely recommend and return for the above reasons. Just work on the little bits please

Nice welcoming staff arrived early so was able to leave luggage until check in nice clean room complimentary breakfast was included best to go before 8 as it gets full after this time might need to wait for a table only about a 10min walk to the city centre

Need more lifts at breakfast you need 30 minutes waiting time for the lift 10 floors of rooms and just 2 lifts is not enough Also could do with a Chanel list for the tv in the rooms

I didn't know that when I booked it was accessible room, I don't think that the choice of rooms was very clear so I end up with an accessible room which couldn't change because of full capacity. The main light switch on the bed head was broken and when I switched it on I got an electric shock so I had no light for a night. I was offered some discount refund so I would be grateful if you could trace that up. Otherwise everything else was OK

We had a great stay room was large had all the little things you would want i like how accessible the room and shower was even if we didnt requite it but is great to know they can accommodate ones that need it, the breakfast was great even better it was included and great city view and close to everything we needed would stay again only down sode was a damp smell but sorted that quickly with an air freshener as windows dont open so that can happen
