An amazing hotel. It’s the oldest in the city, as explained to be by the incredibly friendly and helpful guy on reception when I arrived. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much travel. The room was spotless and the air conditioning worked well. It was great after a long journey to be shown that there was complimentary coffee and cake which could be eaten in delightful courtyard. Breakfast was also of a very high standard. This is a hotel that I look forward to returning to.

It was good apart from the walk from the stairs to the room.

Concierge service was prompt and was accurately speedy with our checking-in process. They are well-managed professionals who are intrinsically curious, and they maintain a sincere concern for mindfulness when assisting their patrons; They were available throughout the clock for anything requested. Their historical knowledge of Goteborg's locations and districts seemed uncannily hand picked for us by their shear intuition. This factor was a crucial variable that increased our momentum. There is an outdoor courtyard. My thanks for providing traditional professionalism with us which was consistently maintained at the "oldest hotel" in a very intricate and subtle city: the intensely intricate architecture, fenestration, canals, spires, footpaths, and the restaurants that indicate an integrated system of culture and balance was reified by the historical presence of HR. BREAKFAST was a feast of any angle. It is a quiet area of town with close walking distance to the Haga, parks and museums. Yours, with gratitude, Daniel and Della
