The front of the hotel was being repaired/maintained, so had to use the rear entrance to the car park. Food was good, bed was comfortable, and location was very convenient.

Hotel in a great location close to the cathedral. People on reception were extremely helpful. Great range of food at breakfast. Room has air conditioning also option to open a window.

Ibis Styles Reims was just fine, not luxurious, but comfortable and exactly what you need if you’re mainly there to sleep. The staff were friendly, and the location is great, with everything within easy reach. A convenient and pleasant stay overall.

Upon arrival the elevator was broken and remained broken our entire stay. The pictures are very deceiving on the website. The hotel is short of a hostel. Should have booked at the Marriott down the street instead .

Really great location for exploring Reims. About 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and only a stone’s throw from evening drinks in Place Stalingrad. Room was comfortable and quiet, with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included and had an excellent selection - we particularly liked the loose leaf teas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cold filtered water was available from the foyer. WiFi was good throughout our stay.
