Hienoa
This hotel is great. Rooms are well fitted out, staff are helpful and the facilities decent. The location is also great, with one side of the hotel overlooking the Tiergarten and zoo. When we checked in and went to our room, it smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately we weren’t able to change rooms that night but they did manage to move us the next morning.

Breakfast was very good with a wide, fresh selection. Pool was large for a city hotel which the kids loved and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location for attractions and shopping, beautiful hotel, huge bed, spacious rooms, decent air conditioning. Lovely staff, so helpful when our flight out was cancelled and we arrived 12 hrs late. The hotel is very nice, clean, and quiet.

It was the hottest day in Berlin when we arrived but the staff were very nice. We enjoyed three day stay and the location was perfect. Only minutes away from restaurants and shopping district. I would stay here again for first time travellers.

This felt like a two star hotel. No coffee machine in room just cheap sachets of instant. Very few channels, and none of the English ones, worked on TV. Swimming pool closed for a technical fault at height of heat wave and they didn't bother getting it repaired for three days. Bad joke of a business hotel - avoid.
