Hyvä The staff were fantastic. The room was clean, but it had a smell to it because it was. I don’t know how to explain it. There was a TV with cable there was no fridge. The lights behind our beds did not work and there was a clean bathroom and a clean washing area for an overnight stay it suited us just fine.

There was hair on the toilet seat and in the shower, and a mark on the sheets.
There where brown drips on hanging rack.
Things were not well maintained.
The bed was two pieces of foam with a metal spring layer in between. Even my 5 month old sank in the bed. It was not comfortable at all and actually hurt my back and hips.
The shower drain backed up so you had to show in a shallow bath (with hair in it).
I would say, due to the bed especially, it was not worth the $120USD/$170CAD I paid.

Hienoa 24 hour front desk, although standing outside is not extremely comfortable in the cold.
