Lovely stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Free shuttle to Disney, and easy access to public transportation.

The breakfast buffet was good and had mostly Japanese style foods and variety! The matcha, lattes, coffee, soda bar was just so awesome and such a highlight to the meal! It was delicious! Staff were helpful and friendly! Rooms were a bit on the small size, but it should be expected in Japan. Not as small as those business style ones, but smaller in comparison other countries. They were also helpful in getting our bags transferred elsewhere and referring a reputable company. Shuttle was helpful in getting us to the Maihama station. Wish it did direct drop offs to disneysea and disneyland, just cause it’s expected to be walking a ton in each of the parks already. But nonetheless a great stay and we’d consider coming back here.

It was an amazing experience. The amenities were fabulous, a unique experience compare to USA. Loved the pajamas, the slippers, the lotion. It was just amazing. Every day from certain time you can get 2 items in the front. I always got the feet patches and face mask. The food from restaurant was delicious. Good laundry accommodation.

Highly recommended! From arrival to departure staff was accommodating and courteous. Hotel manager was awesome! Helped us everyday with taxi, directions and bus transportation. Provided umbrellas for our whole party of 7 and upon departure provided us with boxes and tape to ship our items we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and staff, clean environment and rooms, good breakfast

Staff and amenities are above and beyond. The nightly snack was appreciated. It is easy to ship luggage to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. If you are here for Disney, be aware that it is a much longer walk that it looks. The shuttle runs in the morning and after 7pm, but not the middle of the day. With shuttle time, it is about 30-40 minutes from the hotel to the parks. We usually stay within walking distance, so this was an adjustment. The room had a very small fridge, nice tub, good shower, and separate toilet area. The foot massager was a nice touch.

Stayed four nights in Easter. A very nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love the breakfast and late night snack - Ochazuke. Even we had a big meal just before coming back to the hotel, my kids love to enjoy a small bowl there. The bathroom products and the face mask available near the front desk are all made in Japan and in very good quality. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next time.
