Carole and Alf are the best @ the reception desk They are friendly and very helpful with whatever questions you have regarding transportation, MRT, buses, taxi or Grab and the places to eat. They'll always tell you the best option(s). Any concerns just ask them and they'll resolve it immediately. Firdaus kept our room sparklingly clean daily with fresh towels daily. We just love these staff. It's our 1st time in Singapore and they made our visit much less stressful.

The room was simple, clean and dark for sleeping which was excellent after a long flight. The staff, especially Alph, Jeffi, and Malik were very friendly and helpful for every question we had. We appreciated the filtered drinking water in the sink - easy access and helpful. Excellent food courts and options nearby, stores as well. Would definitely stay here again!

our stay at the property was very good, excellent and professional service from the staff expecially the gentleman , his name is "Wee", and the cleaning staff were very nice and accomodating.
Over all the experience was exceptionally good, will not hesitate to stay again.

10/10 overall. room is very tidy and staff are friendly, especially the front desk receptionist during our check in time, Wee, he is very helpful and accomodating. We were able to check in ahead of time. This hotek is highly recommended.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but so very tiny: the bed was pushed to the wall; the fridge door can't open fully; practically no storage for clothes- only a few hangers! & the windows had wooden louvers, so no outside view! The room was facing the road, so there is noise from the traffic. It's not ideal for longer stsys.

Nice boutique hotel and decent room size too for Singapore which are very small normally. Nice enough location although not in CBD. Many foods options for all tastes. All in all highly recommended and good value for money. Ideal for Solo or couple only travellers.
