Awful

They insisted for hours I had no reservation. They show a huge breakfast and pool online but they only had oatmeal and the pool was shut down.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time, it gets worse and worse. The lobby smells awful, the carpet on each floor is dirty and does not smell great. The bathrooms are horrible.. dirty and stained. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE PULL OUT SOFA! The mattress is worn and stained. The prices are way to high for this caliber of hotel. It reminds me of motel 6! I am very disappointed. The first floor is the cleanest but if you go up to the second and third floor, it’s just embarrassing. Do better ESA!

Excellent stay and excellent service and performance from the staff

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in mattress had period stains all over it and the room smelled like dog pee. I am not high maintenance when it comes to hotels. Buyer beware you get what you pay for. worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was super late at night, and the kids were exhausted, would’ve immediately left and just lost out on the money spent.

My wife and I have stayed at many motels with our dog... I cringe thinking of our past experiences in pet friendly rooms... Our pass rooms were always carpeted... Carpeted with pea stains everywhere... Extended stay hotel has LVT flooring.. The size of the room was unbelievable... It was like an apartment... It had a big kitchen and living room bedroom and bathroom... The living room and bedroom TV or the same size... I would say 55 in... The room was clean It smelled good... This hotel was are absolute favorite so far... I told my wife with our past pet friendly experiences that we would hide our dog this time and sneak him in through the side door hoping to get a room that was not pet friendly and nasty... The woman at the desk asked us directly if we had a pet... I told the truth and was upset... When we got to the room everything was above and beyond what we could ever hope for... FR

I recommend improving the breakfast, maybe include some egg, ham, and toast

Floors were dirty and room had an awful smell. Couch dirty. Staff was great check in and check out. Would recommend doing renovations. Loved the size of the room and separation between bedroom and living room.

ESA at this location is a GREAT value. For longer stay, housing hunting, or job shopping, or even for holidays, I would recommend it. Keep in mind, this is a large city, and this hotel is an extended stay. So, your neighbors in the rooms, might not be the same caliber as those upper middle class folks you live next door to back home. But, the facility has been kept in good shape over the years. I first stayed here over 22 years ago. And, it is remarkably the same as it was then. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Laundry room is nice as well. It’s a no frills, solid value with two room suites, a kitchen and living room area, plus a desk. There is a treadmill and elliptical runner for exercise, coffee each morning, with a breakfast snack provided also. It is very conveniently located near several restaurants and shops too.

Staff was excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful
