The room was nice with a couch, kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Bathroom had tub and shower. Clean and we were happy. The buffet is awesome and great for families! One block from Bryant Park and subway. Walking distance to Time Square. If you eat at buffet I recommend going the first hour they open. 6:30-9:30 am during the week. Elevator is really busy after the first hour and even though they have a lot of seating it gets really crowded! Plenty of food to choose from! Great value for families!

The front desk staff goes above and beyond and were so nice. Rooms clean and we had a killer view of the Empire State building. I'm surprised prices were so high in the little market considering I could get a small Gatorade in the lobby for $7, or step outside and get a giant Gatorade and a bagel for the same price, but I'm guessing that's a Marriott thing. Only four elevators mean on the upper floors, it'll take a while to get up or down, but it wasn't too bad except for breakfast. Great location. Will book here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, can’t fault it, midtown, walking distance to all the major sights - Times Square, Bryant Park, Central Park, Empire State Building, Grand Central, Macy’s, Hudson Yards… The room was big, tidy and came with a kitchenette. Could do with a tea towel, sponge and dishwashing liquid as we don’t necessarily want to put everything in the dishwasher. Breakfast was comprehensive though if you’re staying during the week, the breakfast window is quite small from 6:30am to 9am, great for early risers. Good hotel for those who want to do all the touristy things in Manhattan.

Staff was helpful and friendly. AC stopped working. Bathroom was in a weird place with the toilet right next to a bed and no fan in the bathroom. Kitchenette had pots and pans but no stovetop or hot plate to cook on. Restaurant area couches were dingy. Good location but doubt we would stay again.

I thought the kitchenette was there in the room to prepare the meal but there was no stove or grill inside to make the food. That way I end up spending eating outside all my meals with family of 4.
