I had a great time. they rooms were clean and the pool was great. lots of stores and food carts close. the desk staff was really really kind and helpful. especially the night clerk l. I think her name was Emma she was so sweet and made us feel so welcome.

The room was bigger, Greta view of the canal. Beautiful city view. Staff was nice and gave us all the details on places to visit.

The microwave did not work and the outlet near the air conditioner was not working. When we opened the fridge to put food in it, a roach crawled out from the top of the fridge. The parking is ridiculously expensive.

this was a great hotel for the affordable price in a pretty centralized location for everything I had to do including being a short walk to a fantastic beach. its also a very active neighborhood with food carts and a 711 next door. Im def gonna book here again next time. PS that staff was fantastic and very helpful.

Old hotel, beds are hard, windows are thin and I could hear cars honking and people screaming from the street and we were on the 23rd floor. The wind was also rattling the windows. You can also hear the people in other rooms. They have a tv, Roku, you have to use your streaming apps. They also have roaches. I killed 3. The hotel itself doesn’t have parking. But you can pay $50 a day, right next door. Staff wasn’t too friendly. You get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The pictures online looked fine, but they did not match the actual condition of the room when I arrived at the hotel. It did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While the excellent customer service was a positive, the cleanliness and comfort of the room need significant improvement.

They had a roach infestation dirty rooms a weird smell Looks like they don’t upkeep the carpet in the hallways the walls had dirt broken dresser And doors you had to return towels if you wanted clean new ones
