The staff was friendly and responsive. This is good for an overnight or two day stay. The hotel is older and has been renovated. Two of the three elevators smelled of urine. The refrigerator had not been defrosted so ice had build up. The shower had some rust. The neighborhood at first sight is not so nice looking but no issues occurred. One of the shuttle drivers only picked up small bags. Larger bags he wanted you to lift them up to him on the bus. It didn’t matter if you were man or woman. There’s room for improvement.

The hotel room is very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. The free shuttle to JFK airport was very convenient. If you are driving and have to park, it’s a mess, good luck. Since I was not driving, I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a room with two queen-size beds, but was initially given a room with only one bed. I had to go back to the front desk and wait in line again to get the correct room. What made the experience even more disappointing was that one of the front desk staff members, who appeared to be assisting airline crew only, was unwilling to help at all. Her attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional.

Staff was very accommodating in a situation that was extremely stressful for us. Everything about the facility was exceptional and we especially appreciated the on-site restaurant, which made things less complicated for us.

We were only there overnight for a quick JFK layover, but everything was exactly as we needed it to be, from check-in to the airport shuttle. Thanks to your staff for the excellent hospitality.
