The images of this hotel do not match its current state of (dis)repair. We had a basement room (yes, there are rooms down a dark musty stairwell with torn up carpeting.) The room itself wasn't too bad, but the hallways and exterior of the property are in really bad shape. Would not ever consider staying there again.

The customer service was 10/10 and I like the choices for the breakfast menu. However my room was smelling due to the drain. I think the windows have not been opened for a long time as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. My room was on the basemrnt, down a fairly steep stairway. The stzircarpet was in very bad condition, threadbare and full of holes. I didn't feel it was safe. Fortunatley there was a lift. We didn't eat breakfast and wouldn't have done as food was left uncovered for hours.
