The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Best rest I have had in a long time! Staff are so lovely. Only thing I didn’t rate well was the day spa, not worth the price. I got better treatments on the street. Khao Lak is a very quiet place. You don’t come here for the night life. You come here to relax and do a few day trips or diving in the dry season. No diving between may and October as the islands are closed for conservation.

Beautiful paradise.. i cannot fault it at all. Staff are wonderful. Kamala beach is beautiful and i like it that its not much of a walk and you got the hotels pool right near the beach. Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to family and friends

Amazing family-centric resort! The kids club crew really goes all out to engage the children. There are plenty of pools all with different features, including two secluded ones for adults. We booked the baby suite, plenty of space including the king sized bed and the extra single bed that's from the sofa (comes with linen). Place may be a bit dated but immaculate. Would consider returning or visit other Sunwing properties

We did not have the breakfast the room was clean and the staff were so friendly and nice.it was one night stay with family my kids enjoed the pool alot. Thanks

Fantastic staff all around the hotel and always smiling. Very tidy hotel and amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again in the near future.
