Good location if you don’t need to be close to the most popular tourist destinations. Otherwise, there is a tram station outside of the hotel and a metro station that will get you to the city center in minutes. Rooms are small, but are air conditioned and quiet. The staff is excellent and very accommodating.

The elevatore is vary small and my dad uses a walker. We were on the fourth floor but when the receptionist saw my dad was using a walker , he kindly offered us a room on the ground level.

A very pleasant stay. Located in the south part of the city, with a small cafe, and a grocery store right next to it. You will need to commute to reach the tourist locations in Paris, but a tram stop, a bus stop, and a train station are all just outside the hotel. Made for a very good trip.
