The location was ok but there was an error with our reservation. We booked the suite and they double booked us the first day. We were told we would have to stay in a double room which was atrocious. They also put back dirty towels that we had placed in a pile to be cleaned and the linens were not fresh. It was a very uncomfortable stay and the pictures are not accurate. The “pull out couch” in the suite was essentially a cot. There was no iron and did not meet the standard for what was advertised.

Quiet, comfortable, safe & spacious location within walking distance to everything! Private sleeping quarters & bathrooms. Very clean. Shared kitchen & living space with one other guest. Not a traditional hotel setting. Located in a building with other uses. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend & stay again on our next visit.

Hienoa The property was perfect for our needs!! Our daughter is doing a study abroad with SJU. It was a 10-minute walk. Perfect location. Very close to everything. Great local restaurants steps away.
I guess I was unprepared to have it be on a third floor apartment.
At the time they had scaffolding around the building as well. Which was not their fault of course.
Walking in we were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the setup was. They had coffee and tea which was available throughout the day. And use of their refrigerator. For the breakfast it was really an assortment of fresh cookies.

Everything is perfect. Maria arrange car pick us from airport during the strike, and waited for us when we arrived. The place is spacious and clean and modern. Everything works smoothly. Location is also great. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Room was clean and I really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash. I liked it that I had an espresso maker in my room, it was nice in the morning to get a cup or two of espresso. I traveled solo, and I felt safe there. I would highly recommend it. Grazie!!!
