Fantastinen We only stayed here for one night. First night of our trip for my husband's 50th. I reached out to the hotel ahead of time and they were so kind as to add some decoration and a little surprise for us in the room! They also provided us with one of the nicer rooms with a balcony. We were very jetlagged and it was too hot to enjoy the hot tub but we still went to see and it looked like a lovely spot to chill at the end of the day. Would highly recommend. Super close to the Rome termini station as well which made our early morning departure nice and smooth. Lastly, the breakfast which was included had a nice variety of options and was very nice. 10/10. Thank you!

Hienoa Comfortable economic hotel. Comfortable and clean. The Jacuzzi usage is not realistic because you have to reserve it, and it is always full. Staff was not very helpful. No food in the Hotel.

The location of the hotel is great! Across from the train station and around many sites of interest. The family room was comfortable for a party of 2. They provided a free bottle of water and a toothbrush, toothpaste etc. staff is very polite and helpful

Overall it was a great hotel for a short stay and the hotel was able to get, a private transport to our destination on a days notice for under €200. I would recommend this place!
The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was great. Friendly hotel staff! The jacuzzi closed before we could try it. Our shower was a bit small and the shower heads were nice. The room was good for our stay. Everything was as expected and even better with our transport arrangements.

The staff were friendly on check in and out.
The rooms are dated and paint chipping off. Getting into the bath/shower felt like a total slip hazard as it was up 2 steps and then deep step into bath tub, water went everywhere which made it even slippier on trying to get out.
Air conditioning is non existent, only goes down to 21 deg and keeps turning off.
Rooms are noisy, can hear people in the next room.
Jacuzzi was nice, you need to reserve an hour time slot but you do get it to yourself.

They weren't aware of our request for 2 beds, not one double bed, but quickly got us into the correct room the next day. Staff was very helpful with info about trains, Metro, busses, etc.

Room was spotless and they put up really cute decorations for my birthday with some goodies courtesy of the hotel.
