The cost was reasonable. The room was clean. The staff were responsive.
The downside there was no elevator to get to the second floor rooms and their free breakfast was very limited.

This was our second year staying at the Best Western at Rockland for a week while attending a local summer camp, and once again, it did not disappoint.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to the manager, who kindly allowed us to use the lobby area to celebrate the 4th of July!
Our room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—even during a 100-degree heatwave this week, our room remained wonderfully cool. On top of that, the hotel is exceptionally clean, with housekeeping refreshing our room every single day. The breakfast options were great, and the property stayed very quiet throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. This has officially become our go-to place every year, and we will definitely be back next summer!

There was a good selection of breakfast items and plenty of parking close to all rooms. The staff could have been friendlier. The main room was clean but the shower had hair on the walls and hair in the towels.

Sounds silly but it was the best shampoo and conditioner that I ever had at a hotel. Everything was great except you couldn’t close the blinds (we were pretty sure lol) which caused us all to wake up at 5:15 blah.
