Room service was a plus. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The buffet and restaurants had great food.

My wife and I just spent 4 nights at the Platinum Yucatán Princess, and we loved every minute of it! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they take pride in providing a great experience. We really enjoyed the variety of restaurants and never had trouble finding something we liked. The drinks were excellent, the pools were relaxing, and there was always something going on if you wanted entertainment, while still being easy to find a quiet place to unwind. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The adults-only atmosphere made the entire trip peaceful and relaxing. If I had one small criticism, it would be the beach. The seaweed was pretty heavy during our stay, but that’s a natural issue in the area and certainly not the resort’s fault. We spent most of our time by the pools anyway and had an amazing vacation. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable all-inclusive trips we’ve taken. We made great memories together and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only resort with excellent service, good food, beautiful grounds, and a fun atmosphere, I highly recommend the Platinum Yucatán Princess. We can’t wait to return!

Great overall stay.

I loved the swim out room the refills of the. Refrigerator daily? The breakfast buffet was awesome.Jeremy, Karen, Herberto at the lobby bar made us feel special every morning. I did not like the constant push for spa services it was all day everyday which was aggravating to me. Pool Zumba and volleyball was so fun! Loved the 24 hour sports bar and arcade area. The resort was great for our family of 6. Ages from 22 to 76! The party was set for everyone! Thanks for a great time!!!! Tam ATL

Great personnel, great ammenities and intertainment program - especially the Foam Party on Saturdays! The only slightly negative thing is the quality of in-house wines (included in the all-inclusive plan) which weren't of a good quality, but it wasn't critical. The great word on the draft beers served at all bars and restaurants in this hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay and finally got to relax enjoy the pool and get a massage. Ate lots of good food, the staff was amazing if I needed anything they would bring it or help me out fast as possible loved our stay!!

Room was amazingly clean & comfortable. Room Service was top notch. & the staff made any accommodation we needed! Would 1000000% stay again!
