The room was clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!

Location is ideal in center of town. only draw back is taxi and Uber aren't allow on that street so you have to walk about a block. Staffs are extremely helpful with registration, dinner recommendations, reservations and knowledgeable concierge. Pedro night shift, Pedro and Rafael day shift are amazing and very friendly. Room is sound proof as advertised. Unlimited complimentary water bottle is a nice touch in addition to Kruger coffee machine in room. Highly recommend

Beautiful individual hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Room a good size, very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast great, staff very helpful and pleasant bar area, would definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice, room was nice but small. Make sure you request a room on the opposite side of the neighboring building that is under construction. We were subjected to jackhammers, drills, yells, and other machinery all day long until 9pm the days we were there. I may have misunderstood the amenity of 24/7 shuttle to airport as I was under the impression it was complimentary but it was €80 for the car ride, one way, to the airport for our family. You will be better off calling a taxi or an Uber as they will be much cheaper.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel da Baixa. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon!

I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been to Europe numerous times and this was definitely one of the better hotels. Staff - personable, attentive and prompt Room - spacious, fresh, updated, and clean (one issue was the AC fan vibrated all night but that happens the issue will be whether they fix it) Restaurant - really good much better than I expected for a hotel

Very cute boutique hotel in the city centre. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Nice breakfast. The front desk staff were particularly accommodating and eager to help. The hotel is situated is in a pedestrian area so cabs can't come to the door of the hotel, so you may have to drag your bag from wherever the taxi can drop you. My biggest problem was finding my way around the neighborhood. Many intersections do not have street names and my GPS was useless among the narrow, cobbled pedestrian streets. Although it is mostly flat around the hotel making it physically easy to walk around, I got lost following my GPS which led me in circles and told me to go down streets that weren't there. Granted, I'm not much into tech, but it was gratifying that my techie friend got us lost too. It kept telling us we were 2 minutes away and suddenly it was 8 minutes, then 2, then 12. We finally gave up and found a taxi that could drop us off a few blocks away from the street the hotel was on and we could walk there. But that's me. Our guides parked close to the hotel so we did not miss any of our tours. But about the hotel again. I found it charming and beautiful and would definitely stay there again.

This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Rooms were clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. 10/10!

The room and the bathroom were very clean. The hotel was quiet and relaxing.
