Excelente atención en el front dress, me gusta que también hablan los dos idiomas y es muy fácil la comunicación. La limpieza no está mal pero deberían realizarla mejor. Gracias por la oportunidad.

The pool and outside garden area looked really nice and the room was decent for the price. However, I would not recommend this hotel for a few reasons. Both nights my partner and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. A family next to us had kids that were running/yelling, and adults that were talking very loudly outside our door starting around midnight. We contacted the front desk about the noise twice and the noise continued until at least 2 am. The second night there was someone blasting music around 4:30 am. We called the front desk again and the noise did subside around 20 minutes later. Lastly, after checking out in the lobby, the worker and another guest were repeatedly saying “gringa” in reference to me. In summary, I would proceed with caution when staying here and personally I will not be coming back.

We have stayed at your hotel before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During this stay, we discovered bed bugs in our room. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but we were told that nothing could be done because the manager was not available. This was especially upsetting because we were traveling with our children, and we are now concerned about bringing bed bugs home with us.
