They REALLY need new carpeting and a paint job. Also, with the climate going where it is, they need to invest in AC - not such a great expense any more - or close for the summer. Two fans of the $ 15 category just don't cut it. It's a pity, since the place is otherwise clean, and staff is helpful & friendly. Great location too.

Lovely stay. Staff were incredibly helpful. Bit of tlc is all that was needed in the rooms.. the family room on the top floor had an amazing balcony as well...as soon as they get air-conditioning i will 100% be back..

No air conditioner it was dirty. All everything was bad inside the bathroom. Everything and we get a handicap room.

This was the most disgusting property I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. It was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was full of mildew and mold. The carpet was stained. The walls were filthy with stains and uncleaned spills. It was worse than a motel 6. It was a motel -50. On top of that the air conditioning didn’t work despite it being advertised that air conditioning was included. Instead they just gave you a fan. The carpet was so disgusting I never took my shoes off. And there were holes in the walls across from the bed. I’m not even joking. RUN DONT WALK away from this disgusting property. NEVER STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Room was outdated and doesn’t match the pictures that are posted. The paint on the wall was stripping off and bubbled, carpet was stained and worn down, bed sheets and comforter was dirty and falling apart, bathroom was molding and front desk staff was unwelcoming when we check in. For a 3 star hotel the property didn’t felt cozy or welcoming. The place felt more like a run down motel giving the location. Giving the price I would have book elsewhere. I would not recommend stay here.

Really rundown room, no AC only fan. The door creaks and you can tell the floor and walls are all kind of old, but it was fine for a solo traveler staying a few nights. Would not recommend for family/group vacations. My toilet also kept running water so I had to ask them to get a guy to fix it. Staff was helpful though.
