What a view! This may be “only” 3 star but the view was ***** Staff were lovely. No complaints.

Best view on the island and friendly staff. Breakfast was OK. Not much for vegans. Downside was the noise...loud music from the beach bars until the early hours every day.

Staff was really nice and everything was clean. Breakfast is quite good as well. The best thing is the view!

Best views on Koh lipe due to raised position. Staff very helpful with any requests we had. Not luxurious or polished but a nice quiet position, a hammock on each veranda with excellent views from rooms and breakfast area. Lots of steep and uneven steps to take in to mind if you plan to visit

Stayed here for one night at a cost of over 5k thb a night. Which I felt was overpriced as stayed at another hotel on island for 700thb more and that hotel was exceptional offered its own pool. This hotel should be max 4k. Lovely balcony but hard hammock, poky room and very basic bathroom. Very limited amenities, poor quality towels, no water for teeth cleaning, no beach towels no sun loungers, no kayak included & quite basic breakfast. But great view at end of Pattaya beach. Staff are kind though and welcoming.
