Nice onsite restaurant but also located within a quick drive to a variety of restaurants. Excellent breakfast with loads to choose from. Room was big and spacious, bathroom had all the necessary facilities and offering. Staff was nice and polite.

Towels quite worn out. Calls made were not answered as short of one toothbrush

The room was in good condition and the staff were lovely. However the room was very basic and a little worn. The hotel is next to a 7/11 which was super useful but there wasn’t much else nearby. The food also wasn’t all that appetising. Great business hotel but not ideal for travelling. I should have done more research before booking here.

The stuff, are very professional

If you want a decent night sleep, don’t stay here. This hotel needs to introduce soft-close doors on the rooms. I was on the second floor, surrounded by a group of inconsiderate people (Probably a family or group scattered amongst various rooms), who think nothing of power-slamming their doors, day and night. It’s so bad, you can actually feel it, not just hear it. I’ve already complained to reception when they were singing and dancing at midnight between rooms, but the door issue is easier to solve. Due to an early checkout, the evening before I asked if there was any bills to settle, and the reception said no. A day later, I’m sent a WhatsApp picture of some outstanding bills. That’s just not good enough really.

Nice clean hotel, with courteous and attentive staff. Only stayed overnight for a flight in the am. The hotel was in a nice central location and 30 minutes from the airport.

The room is fine, and the gym is nice. However, the housekeeping is not responsive.

Had a really good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff Liyana were especially helpful and friendly — always ready to assist with anything we needed. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
