Excellent service from the moment we entered to after we checked out. Front desk person, Bruno, provided exceptional service. Very helpful and considerate. Breakfast is delicious. Air conditioning was good during a 94 degree heatwave. Location provides convenient access to Milan Central train station. Less than 7 minute walk to nearest metro station. They also called a taxi for us which was only 12 euros to La Scala, near the Duomo are. Good value and met our needs perfectly.

This hotel is amazing. Location, rooms, cleanness, great interim; however, the most of all it were people who work there. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and nice! The lady who clean our room daily, front desk clerks, the maintenance worker. Especially we would like to mention day time front desk clerk Bruno! He is so helpful above and beyond his normal duties. Also, he is multilingual that make a lot of tourists feel so welcome. Thank you for such a nice stay !

Great location near Milan Centrale, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious, clean and modern room with comfortable large bed and excellent air-conditioning during a heat wave. Only downside was very small shower but would highly recommend this hotel especially if traveling via train as easy access.

It’s very close to the train station which was perfect for me as I had to leave early in the morning. The neighbourhood is safe and has lots of restaurants and a little street to get a drink. I also found some great vintage shops nearby. Would totally recommend… good value for the price too!
