Excellent location neat the airport

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was good

The pool was closed and is not on the premises it’s next door, there was a wad of hair in my shower, and staff was not helpful. Location is quiet and convenient if you need to be near the airport or are in town on business.

Shuttle from airport was fine, staff at hotel very rude. Listing boasts pool but first week in June not available.

They should be friendlier towards the guest.

Great location near airport and with transport to the airport

The room was available to us on arrival, was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Easy ride to the airport. Many thanks.

The staff were unhelpful throughout our stay. When we requested basic items such as an extra drinking glass, reusable cutlery, and toilet paper, staff were often unfriendly and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them by asking for assistance. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Our room was not cleaned properly, rubbish bins were left full, and toilet paper was not replenished even after we requested that our room be cleaned. When the toilet paper ran out, there was no extra supply in the room, so we requested more, but it never arrived. Additionally, staff refused to provide reusable cutlery, which was frustrating given that the hotel promotes itself as environmentally friendly. Overall, the level of service did not meet expectations.

Hemos estado en dos ocasiones y nos parece una muy buena opcion cerca del Aeropuerto de Barajas Madrid El desayuno es bien variado Las habitaciones limpias, y las camas son comodas. Tienen recogida y traslado al aeropuerto gratis. Recomendado 100%
