Clean room, good breakfast. Staff service ok. Sone very welcoming. Service in restaurant variable. Food served cold and not provided until after meal arrived.

We went to the concert of bad bunny and we got the power banks as gifts, we leave those in the room and when we leave for a long walk we didn’t realize until the night that the power banks where not longer in the room. When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out.

We stayed 7 nights in a large family room. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel is very convenient to public transportation, across the street from a tram and train station. Also close to restaurants and a grocery store. Enjoyed our stay in Stockholm. Would definitely recommend Scandic hotels.

Really lovely hotel. Conveniently located next to the metro with multiple connecting lines. Easy access to central station for transfer to Arlanda airport. Was a fantastic stay!

Everything is perfect . But be carful you can't check in before 4 pm unless you pay 200 sek even if room is available
