La habitación estaba bien, pero la tina súper vieja, las llaves del lavamos y ducha súper mal ubicadas y el agua se botaba por la media puerta que tiene la tina, la llave del lavamos también mal diseñada, es urgente una remodelación, deben instalar solo duchas, con puertas completas, que son más cómodas y seguras. El aseo regular, cuando entramos en la habitación había pelos en el piso y la tina le falta más aseo. La atención el el Front Desk excelente, súper atentas las Señoritas y también la persona que atiende en el desayuno; en cuanto al desayuno que costó 18 por persona estuvo muy bien.

I had stayed in this hot3l 3yrs ago & had received wonderful service & found that it was the same 3yrs later. The breakfast selection is excellent for the price & the hotel is clean, quiet, staff is friendly helpful & knowledgeable & the hotel location is excellent. I will keep returning to this hotel.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Rome, a very short walk from Termini train station which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very kind and helpful. We appreciated that we were able to store our luggage before check-in and after after check-out for a few hours. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay close to the train station.

Hotel staff were professional and nice, room was clean and well maintained but an otherwise nice visit was ruined when the checkout procedure tried to force us to leave a gratuity.
