Check in was easy and reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room which was quiet even though we were near the elevator. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. The coffee shop was excellent. Great drinks and pastries and friendly staff. The central location meant getting around was easy too.

The hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful - including the restaurants, bars, and lounges. The rooms also were spacious and clean. The gym amenities were pretty good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were a couple that were less vibrant, but I assume that's just individual personality. Everyone was still very professional and helpful. The location is also very great.

Our room was HUGE- 2 queen beds. A couch, and an armchair, as well as a bench at the foot of the bed. Staff were great, rooms quiet and a fabulous view south to WTC.
