Convenient location for bus 14 that goes to Old Town and back. Breakfast buffet was good. Property is clean. Only downside was the AC not working or not cooling the room for most of our stay. We had to ask for a stand fan, which the staff so kindly provided to us.

Everything about the hotel was perfect and very comfortable. The access to the train and major sightseeing spots was excellent. The only thing that concerned me was that the faucet in the bathroom sink was corroded and broken, making it unstable and a bit unclean. However, since everything else was perfect, it was still acceptable overall.

If you’re looking for a reasonable place to stay near Lucerne, this is it. The train is a block away and gets you into the city center in five minutes. There’s a great breakfast every morning. And you’ll have plenty of money left over to do what you want in Lucerne and the surrounding areas. My only complaint is that the beds are very firm, so I’d recommend sleeping on your duvet and requesting an extra top sheet - we did and it made all the difference.

Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean.
