Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

The room was not clean and the sheets had stains. The AC in the room was making just loud noise and not working, so I had to ask for change of room. Staff were polite as long as we dont have an issue. They gave a new room, however in the second room AC and the small refrigerator was not working. Never complained still fine with it for 2 nights. Breakfast was good. The place where the food is served could be better, its the same place where the Restaurant and Bar are located as well. They are not open until breakfast is done, so same tables and chairs used. Still not bad. The Parking - There are 2 lots offering first come first serve basis, others are asked to park in a garage near by which is valid. They provide a discounted price. However I got a bad staff who didnt know the process for the discount and ended up paying full price for 2 days. The lady in the front desk didnt bother to check or help even when approached with the parking ticket before going to pay. Worst experience was when I called up to discuss about this discounted ticket which was not handled properly, instead of apologizing for the staff's ignorance(which i understand), the front desk manager was not just rude but also dont listens or let you talk. and was very harsh. A few additional bucks are not going to change but its the behavior of a couple of people gives these kind of 1 star reviews. Sorry never again and dont recommend!!!!

The only good thing about the property is that it is close to Niagara falls. Otherwise the property is not well maintained, provides on bread / cereal as the breakfast options.

Ubicación perfecta y cerca de todo. Staff muy amable, incluso nos entregaron la habitación horas antes del checking. Tienen disponible en el lobby, agua y café 24 horas gratis.

Our room had a disgusting cigar smell to it. We repoted it and asked for another room. The only thing they would do for us was to heavily spray it with lysol which didn't work except for a second. It was so disgusting it ruined out while trip. Location was great, bar was good, price was OK but would never stay here again because all the good was ruined by the cigar smoke smell in this "non smoking" hotel.

Room are stinky not worth.

Breakfast was good, pool and hot tub were empty most of the time. My kids enjoyed it.
