The hotel exceeded expectations with spotless rooms and common areas. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always greeting with smiles and eager to help. A welcoming, clean environment that made the stay truly enjoyable.

This hotel is in an excellent location in walking distance to the main Ginza shopping area. The staff is very nice and spoke English. The boxed bento breakfast was delicious. I am vegan and they gave me a veggie box option which was great. Free bread, pastries, coffee, and juice were available in the lobby every morning as well. It was very quiet. I will say, the room looks a little larger in photos online. But there was just enough room to have two suitcases and still have walking space. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge (water, soda, beer). The square wooden tub was nice but a little dirty when we checked in and the water had a hard time fully draining from one of the corners of the tub. The bed was nice and soft. We slept great! There was nice water pressure and heat in the shower. Overall we liked staying here.

Perfect for our stay. Great location. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots of dining options close by and shopping as well. Metro station very walkable.

Great spot with a unique experience if you get the furo bath. Conveniently located near train stations and the staff is incredibly polite.
