Great location for visiting the old town. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff were helpful (booking taxis etc). Booked 2 rooms (twin) but one was much more spacious than the other. Lower floor room exposed to noise especially at night.

Expedia's listing indicated amenities such as a sauna, pool, and rooftop access, which were not available at this particular location, as these features are exclusive to their other property. This discrepancy highlights potential inaccuracies in the information supplied by Expedia. The breakfast service was commendable, offering a curated selection of high-quality items. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Room cleanliness was generally satisfactory, although the cups and spoons were not serviced during the initial two days of our stay. The room, featuring a double bed with a single headboard, did not match the specific room type selected via Expedia, though the location was excellent.

My stay was perfect. The room was great- and as a solo traveler sometimes solo travelers are given the worst rooms- not here though! Rooms are modern and stylish. Location was perfect. High praise for a diverse and delicious breakfast as well. Will definitely stay again. Would recommend.

Location in the heart of the old town was excellent for exploring Krakow and the surrounding areas. We were greeted on arrival by friendly / helpful staff who could not have been more helpful. Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay at Hotel Unicus again when visiting Krakow and will recommend to others. The hotel had option for breakfast although we did not use it with a number of places locally offering breakfast.
